York Assessment of Reading for Comprehension: Passage Reading Secondary
A series of passages that assess the reading and comprehension skills of students from age 12 to 16.

Age Range: 12 – 16 years
New for summer 2010, the York Assessment of Reading for Comprehension (YARC) Passage Reading Secondary comprises a series of prose passages – both fiction and non-fiction – that enables the assessment of a student’s reading comprehension and fluency in a systematic way across the secondary school years.
